You can overcome your Chocolate Craving with professional help

I had the same problem for a while. I just could not go without chocolate. It was a very bad chocolate craving. I could easily east 2 choc bars at a time, and still crave for more.

That's when I realised it was not normal, and that it will be very bad for my health if I continued...

So I found these sites where they guide you through a structured plan to over come your chocolate cravings.

I learnt a lot, and i have the will power to not to eat 2 bars of chocolates at a time. Since then I have also lost 6 pound of body weight!!

How can I stop this Chocolate Craving

Currently have the same bad chocolate craving problem. I have no problem stopping after a piece of pizza, but definitely a big problem stopping at one peice of chocolate. Lately I've just been allowing myself to binge on that kind of thing once a week or so, but I always end up feeling gross and guilty afterwards just like you do and really limit myself harshly the next day.

I think I'm going to really try to practice a lot of self control and just try to train myself to be satisfied with one of something so that I stop swinging from complete binge to really healthy eating, but am more level.
If it doesnt go away then there are other solutions avilable. Just go online and do your search.

Please help me with my Chocolate Craving

I get bad chocolate craving and I need HELP!

I'm 5'7 and weigh around 128-135 pounds and I am currently on a 1200-1400 calorie diet (since maintaining my weight according to a calculator = 1700 calories)... so technically at 1200 a day I lose 1 pound at the end of the week (but things aren't so perfect so I leave room for 200 calories more so I don't kill myself with guilt)

Lately I'm having this EXTREME CRAVINGS for chocolate - I have always been a chocolate fan but since trying to regulate my food I haven't had an actual chocolate bar in over 6 months (before I used to eat 2-3 a day)... no sodas/juices or anything with sugar in them (did drink "vitamin" water or other water with sucralase flavoring)I get cravings all the time that can last 5 min to hours but normally they aren't that strong and eventually leave

What is Chocolate Craving

Research suggests that up to 97% of women and 68% of men experience some sort of food cravings. Chocolate craving is the most common one of the craved foods, typically high calorie.

A number of situations have been shown to experimentally increase cravings of chocolate consumption. For example, chocolate abstinence, stress and exposure to chocolate causes increase urges to eat chocolate.

Studies on the effects of exercise on appetite and eating behaviour have considered satiety and hunger but not cravings for specific food types such as chocolate. No studies have examined the effects of exercise on appetite and food cravings during explicitly manipulated stress, or on cue-elicited cravings for specific foods.
